Integrity Cleaning Group LLC is a marketplace booking platform that connects customers who want residential cleaning work done to independent cleaning contractors (ICs). Customers book and pay for cleans through Integrity Cleaning Group website and Integrity Cleaning Group offers the cleaning job to an IC, helping them to build up their business. Mentor on the lake, Westlake, Rocky River, North Olmstead etc.) We're looking for high-quality independent cleaning professionals: A successful Detailed Cleaning professional maintains a high standard of pride in their workmanship and comes to us with an already refined mastery of precision detailing residential and/or commercial properties. They arrive on time and stay until the job is complete. This requires our Detailed Cleaning Techs to understand and perceive that their responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of their accounts. Successful techs are great time managers but also do not view themselves as hourly employees, because they are paid per project and because their main objective in any situation is to complete their task to a superlative standard.

1. Invitations for jobs will be emailed to you on a regular basis. Some of those jobs are recurring and may be regularly available. You will be invited to solo cleaning opportunities, as well as cleaning services requiring 2-4 cleaners to a team. The number of required cleaners, payment amount, anticipated time commitment, and address will be noted on your invitation.
2. Jobs may be scheduled to occur between the hours of 8 AM and 11:30 PM any day of the week or weekend or in the evenings. The first job of any workday is usually scheduled to begin at 10 AM. You have the option to work none, some, or all of the jobs offered. All we ask for is open, forthcoming communication about your availability and the integrity to follow through with your time commitments, barring extreme circumstances.
3. The company may then assign you (or another tech) to the cleaning jobs which you've accepted, depending on various factors. Please, ensure you are checking your email/text messages, as it is populated with your assigned jobs in real time.
4. If you have been assigned to a job, you will receive work orders through text and email prior to your assigned jobs. You are responsible for bringing your own supplies and equipment.
5. You will clock in and out on our company app when you begin and end work on a job site for liability and tracking purposes. Remember, you will be paid on a percentage basis, not hourly. Starting percentages range from 50%-60% to start and are considered for an increase once you demonstrate cleaning mastery to the satisfaction of the company and our clients.
6. Payments are ACH directly deposited weekly.
