EFC Program Manager Regular Full Time Peoria, AZ, US 13 days ago Requisition ID: 1099 A program manager’s main responsibility is to support and supervise up to 6 success coaches, typically overseeing 5 coaches but may add an additional coach during transitional periods. Support in hiring, training and developing assigned Success Coaches. Ensure all coaches are up to date on required training. Conduct clinical supervision for every case overseen, monthly. Engage and attend any meetings where a coach requests support. Hold coaches accountable for meeting Ohana’s and the state’s expectations of youth engagement, getting VPA’s signed on time, AOM meetings, documentation in Guardian, completing billing sheets, and collaborating with other support services/providers in the valley (including DCS). Ensure completion of all weekly engagements and average two visits per month for each youth, encouraging above and beyond support for young adults. Fill in responsibility gaps for success coaches when they are out or leave the role. Manage the program manager’s credit card for necessary spending outside of gas and spending reimbursements, primarily flex funds. Submit team’s approved miles and spending reimbursement sheets on the Monday of pay day by 10:00 am for the success coaches. Develop PFDs for coaches needing development and growth to meet coaching role expectations. Attend all weekly consultations with DCS. Help decipher which coaches are best for certain referrals. Help rotate the on‑call phone every weekend, alongside the Director, starting the weekend of 2/29/24. Attend all EFC leadership meetings. Collaborate to host one focus group per quarter, as stated in the EFC Contract.
