Please review the job description below.Job ID: 18-40714Key Responsibilities:Primary areas of focus are core development, design and direction of application architecture and alignment of architecture with business objectives and high-level company technology direction.Interact with other architects and technology decision-makers to guide overall direction of the user interface layer of the site and will work closely with Technical Leads, Application Architects, Software Developers and Management in a highly collaborative environment.Document standards and ensure they are effectively implemented by the development teams and understood by technology partners.Design and develop proof of concept prototypes for advanced features and designs.Continuously evaluate design and improve the software development and delivery processes with a deep focus on performance optimization techniques.Location for this position is Charlotte NC. This position may require some travel/relocation.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.Minimum 6-8 years of experience with Information Technology.Minimum 6 years of hands on java programming with Spring framework, RESTful web services, JDBC, JSP, Hibernate, XML, AJAX; Familiarity with javascript/Angular/Node, HTML/CSS and third party APIs.Working knowledge on service integration and basic security.Exposure and experience to Chatbot development technologies including NLP, NLU, oAuth, APIGEE, ESB and basic Client capabilities will be added advantage.Competent and proficient understanding of Design patterns and Architecture style/design for enterprise applications.Strong analytical skills and experience on requirement elicitation, design, implementation and testing phases of software development life cycle.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment in geographically spread team model.Responsive and proactive, can make decisions independently and value collaboration and transparency.Must have team leading and mentoring experience.Our client is a leading ITIndustry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
