Loan IQ Project Lead Vice President The Loan IQ Project Lead is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within their field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in their job and the business. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Regularly assumes informal or formal leadership role within teams. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Responsibilities Responsible for the day‑to‑day management of executing milestones for one or more projects. Owns project goals leveraging expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose within the project team. Works closely with the Loan IQ lending technology to define a project scope and objectives for project members. Plans, coordinates and executes User Acceptance Testing for the defined Loan IQ scope and deliverables. Proactively manages changes that impact project scope, identifies potential crises, and devises contingency plans when necessary. Applies in‑depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues. Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members. Escalates project risks to the Project Director or Project Sponsor when appropriate. Ensures vendor performance is monitored and actions taken if performance warrants. Provides sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions. Directly affects the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services. Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications 5-8 years relevant experience. Prior Loan IQ experience required. Prior industry experience. Fully knowledgeable on the day‑to‑day activities of a product or process; basic understanding of the firm’s different businesses and the related economics; individual is expected to be a subject‑area expert in one or more specific skill sets. Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives. Education Bachelor’s or university degree or equivalent experience.
