Wound Care RN - Mon-Fri, Training & Growth

RestorixHealth is seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide patient care based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice, recognizing changes in patient conditions and prioritizing actions accordingly. The role emphasizes education for patients and families on wound care while collaborating with the care team.
