The Transactional Liability team provides insurance in connection with Mergers & Acquisitions and other transactions, including Representation and Warranty Insurance, Tax Insurance, and Contingent Liability Insurance. In this role, the RWI Underwriter will collaborate with our Transactional Liability team to execute Representation and Warranty Insurance deals across a wide range of industry sectors. Key responsibilities will include: building relationships with distribution partners (insurance brokers and law firms) and customers; analyzing risk and exercising judgment to offer appropriate policy terms; evaluating due diligence and managing specialist advisors to assist as necessary; reviewing and negotiating transaction agreements and policy documentation; and proactively responding to changes in the M&A environment that could impact risks. We are considering candidates in our New York City, Boston, Atlanta, Chicago and Houston offices, although we are willing to consider other locations depending on individual circumstances. Total compensation for a candidate is determined by their relevant skills, location, and experience.
