About the Role Perform maintenance, equipment operation, grounds and housekeeping tasks necessary to maintain buildings, grounds and equipment managed by regional business entities. What You'll Accomplish Perform emergency and routine repairs and maintenance on plant equipment and structures at the site locations. Conduct routine inspections of plant and mobile equipment. Assist in various projects at plant locations to maintain production. Maintain the appearance of the plant and yard area with general housekeeping practices. Perform assignments outlined by supervisors and follow standard procedures; work is inspected periodically for safety and economy in operation. Communicate safely with supervisors and customers serviced. Demonstrate commitment to safety, health and environmental policies and promote a culture of safety. Perform other duties as time permits or as assigned. What We're Looking For Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Required work experience: Minimum of one year of related experience; excellent equipment operation skills. Travel requirements: None. Additional Requirements Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim Approved Personal Protection Equipment (“PPE”), including respirators.
