Wellness Coordinator

Job Description Job Description This is a part-time position. The role of the wellness coordinator is to support daily functions and the client experience within the studio.This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about wellness, hospitality, and creating meaningful client relationships. Key Responsibilities: —Greet and check in clients with warmth, answer calls, return messages, and manage appointments —Educate clients on treatments, memberships, and packages —Call prospects, current clients, and members to drive engagement, studio growth, and ensure clients are satisfied and active —Proactively sell memberships, bundles, HBOT packages, and lifestyle items —Process payments, track credits through POS system, and assist with simple content capture (photos/testimonials) —Keep the studio clean and well maintained, resetting treatment spaces, and uphold cleanliness standards Qualities we’re looking: —Clear and effective communicator —Lead with warmth, confidence, and professionalism —Reliable, organized, and detailed oriented —Enjoys helping people and learning about wellness —Active listener who can anticipate client needs and deliver thoughtful recommendations —Live in or near Long Beach area and can work on site-consistently Compensation & Perks —Hourly Rate: $18 —Commission: $1 per treatment credit sold —Reoccurring monthly earning on active memberships, with tiered growth based on performance —Bonus opportunities on product sales —Up to $200/month in free treatments during off-hours —Supportive, positive, and team oriented environment —Growth opportunities with an expanding wellness studio
