Job Title: IT Support Technician II
Location: Englewood, CO
Job Type: Full-Time Consultant
Pay Rate: $32.60 per hour

Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM

As an IT Support Technician II , you'll serve as a vital technology resource for employees across the organization. From resolving hardware and software issues to supporting network connectivity and conferencing technology, you'll help ensure a seamless technology experience that enables productivity, collaboration, and operational success.

Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining the reliable IT infrastructure that supports a fast-paced aviation environment.
What You'll Do
Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, service, and repair desktop and laptop computers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Provide Level 2 Help Desk support for a wide range of technology-related requests.
• Support VPN connectivity, RSA authentication tools, and other remote access technologies.
• Troubleshoot and maintain video teleconference (VTC) systems and related equipment.

Customer Support & Service Excellence

• Deliver professional, responsive technical support to employees across the organization.
• Investigate user technology needs and recommend effective hardware and software solutions.
• Take ownership of issues from initial reporting through successful resolution.
• Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-through.

Systems & Infrastructure Support

• Support Active Directory user administration and access management.
• Assist with conference room technology setup and support.
• Maintain and troubleshoot industry-standard hardware and software systems.
• Document issues, solutions, and support activities accurately.
• Share technical knowledge and best practices with team members.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with IT colleagues to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Help align technical solutions with user and business needs.

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience

• Associate's Degree in a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or
• Equivalent combination of education and applicable experience.
• Higher education may substitute for some experience requirements.

Technical Skills

• Experience supporting:
  
  • Desktop and laptop systems
  • Printers and peripherals
  • Active Directory
  • Network technologies
  • Software applications
  • VPN technologies
  • RSA authentication
  • Video Teleconference (VTC) systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills across both hardware and software environments.
• Understanding of current IT technical standards and best practices.
• Experience with Level 2 Help Desk support.

• Conference room technology setup and troubleshooting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of network connectivity and infrastructure support.
• Experience working in a fast-paced technical support environment.
• Familiarity with aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or other mission-critical industries.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for technical support activities.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work with computer equipment requiring close attention to detail and visual accuracy.
