Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour

How You Will Make an Impact

You will hold field ownership over residential service calls, executing precise diagnostics, mechanical overhauls, and revenue-generating customer consultations:

• Advanced Diagnostics: Complete assigned residential service requests by accurately troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex heating and cooling systems.
• Component Teardowns: Execute comprehensive component teardowns, troubleshooting protocols, and equipment reassembly safely and efficiently.
• Digital Workflows: Manage precise CRM data entry, parts ordering workflows, and call-by-call updates on company-issued digital devices.
• Asset Stewardship: Maintain company property, assigned service vehicles, and onboard parts inventory in strict accordance with organizational standards.
• Skill Calibration: Participate actively in bi-weekly in-office technical training sessions to sharpen diagnostic skills and resolve unique field challenges.
• Honest Customer Service: Represent our family-first values on-site by delivering honest, transparent recommendations that prioritize customer needs over pushy sales quotas.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

• Technical Trade Tenure: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated, professional field experience working specifically with residential HVAC systems.
• Sales Acumen: 1+ years of experience working inside a trade sales, retail sales, or consultative home services environment with a proven track record of upselling components or maintenance options.
• Mandatory Certification: Possession of a valid EPA Certification or an equivalent trade program technical certification.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proven mechanical aptitude and advanced problem-solving abilities within a fluid field operations environment.
• Organization: Strong organizational proficiency necessary for managing field documentation, software entries, and strict project timelines.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for clear customer interactions and team collaboration.
• Physical Stamina: Physical capability to lift, move, and maneuver heavy mechanical equipment weighing up to 150 lbs safely.
• Licensure: A valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving history.

Preferred Technical Assets:

• Proven track record of navigating mobile applications and specialized field management software quickly.
• Established background in consultative residential home services.
