Job Description

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs to create personalized healing strategies aimed at enablement
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions that enhance motor skills, cognition, and daily living tasks
• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Engage alongside a multidisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to ensure holistic care
• Empower Patients and Families: Provide education on effective therapy methods to encourage progress at home
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment as required, ensuring patients remain on track for success

Education

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are welcomed and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
