Overview of the Data Entry Specialist role: Entering a large amount of sensitive data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the date input Ensure student documents, including but not limited to health, dental, vision and medication records are correct Resolve discrepancy of information and obtain further information for incomplete documents Review documents for accuracy Scan and file paperwork Assist with administrative task Preferred Qualifications for the Data Entry Specialist: 1 or more years of solid data entry experience Typing speed of 45 wpm – must successfully pass a typing entry test.
