This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a vibrant team at Stories Ranch Kitchen, creating unforgettable dining moments. As a Food Runner, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive their meals promptly and enjoy top-notch service. You'll work closely with our Food Servers to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver meals to guests quickly and efficiently, ensuring they receive the best service possible.
Assist Food Servers in serving guests, maintaining a smooth workflow.
Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
Handle moderate lifting, pulling, and pushing as needed in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
A desire to exceed guest expectations.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift a moderate amount of weight on a consistent basis.
Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday shifts as well as holiday shifts.
Prior food service experience required.
Fine Dining experience preferred.
Comfortable multi-tasking.
