On-Site Quality & Customer Liaison Engineer
Bocar
Bocar is seeking a Quality Liaison to manage customer quality issues and act as the primary link between customers and manufacturing. The role emphasizes rapid problem resolution, containment, and continuous improvement across multiple sites. Responsibilities include on-site support during incidents, technical root-cause analysis, and coordination of returns for analysis.
