Home Health Intake & Admissions Specialist
Ascend Health
Ascend Health is hiring an Intake Coordinator to manage the front end of our home health admissions. You will complete initial inquiry forms, forward them to clinical staff and administration, and work to convert referrals into admissions. This role requires travel, a valid driver's license, strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and experience in intake or admissions in healthcare.
