Position Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for the management and operation of Market, Section 8, Bond, HOME, FDIC and/or LIHTC sites. Essential duties and responsibilities include oversight of accounting functions of assigned properties, companies, and personnel; property activities including accounting, budgeting and financial planning and analysis; special-project initiatives; budget preparation and monitoring; site preparation for reviews; peer-to-peer mentoring and training; visitor greeting and application processing; rental payment collection; document filing; work-order processing; and adherence to laws and regulations.

Position Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum 2+ years progressive experience in Property Management or five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in management or in an administrative capacity in property management or low-income housing. Experience with Yardi software program usage PREFERRED if not REQUIRED. Experience in HOME, Bond, LIHTC and HUD/Section 8-based property management is highly desirable. Must have demonstrated leadership abilities, team management and interpersonal skills. Must possess sound judgment and decision-making skills. In addition to, possession of a strong drive to complete objectives and meet deadlines. Solid business acumen required, as well as, the ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively at all levels, internally and externally, to maximize performance and results. Ability to multi-task and exhibit strong organizational skills is required. Excellent communication and problem solving skills are required. Authorized to work in the United States. Working (intermediate or better) knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook). Valid driver's license and good driving record. Ability to be covered under the company's fidelity bond.
