A well-established company in the distribution industry is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join its team in Carlsbad. This role will support a variety of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll support, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being a resource for employees and can successfully balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel record management
- Assist with recruiting efforts, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination
- Help administer employee benefits and serve as a resource for employee questions
- Support payroll processes and maintain accurate HRIS records
- Assist with workers' compensation administration and follow-up
- Partner with managers to support staffing and workforce needs
- Coordinate training records and employee development initiatives
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
- Participate in employee engagement and culture-focused initiatives
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations
- Experience working with HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law compliance, and employee support
- Ability to build relationships with employees and managers at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
