The vision of the OneFDOT team is to serve the people of Florida by providing a transportation network that is well planned, supports economic growth, and has the goal of being congestion and fatality free.Your specific responsibilities include performing the electronic document management system (EDMS) storage of construction and/or maintenance projects, performing daily attribution and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) function, retrieving documents, assisting legal office with public records requests, organizing and maintaining filing systems, and direct and coordinate the accessing, reference, retrieval, and disposal of records maintained in a central storage facility.The successful candidate will have knowledge of office procedures and practices, records and files management, and microsoft software applications, and databases.
