NOW HIRING – BILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST
Part-Time | In-Person | Spanish & English Required
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and bilingual Spanish-speaking receptionist to join our office.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Spanish & English
- Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality
- Comfortable speaking with patients in person and over the phone
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using a computer and handling basic office tasks
- Previous front-desk or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be available to work in person
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Assisting patients with questions and basic office needs
- Handling paperwork and front-desk responsibilities
- Communicating with both Spanish- and English-speaking patients
- Helping maintain a welcoming and professional office environment
No experience? No problem!
We are happy to train the right person who is dependable, personable, and eager to learn.
