yWe're hiring an experienced Staff Software Enginee r to lead the design and development of highly scalable enterprise applications while driving the adoption of modern AI technologies across engineering teams. • oLead the architecture and development of enterprise-scale full-stack applications
\n
• .Design scalable backend services, APIs, and modern web applications
\n
• .Build and integrate AI-powered solutions, including intelligent automation, AI copilots, and LLM-based workflows
\n
• .Drive engineering best practices for architecture, code quality, testing, security, and deployment
\n
• .Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions
\n
• .Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and system resilience
\n
• .Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across multiple projects
\n
• .Evaluate and introduce modern development frameworks, cloud technologies, and AI engineering tools
\n
• .Champion innovation by exploring emerging technologies and applying them where they create business value
\n

.Required Qualification

\n
• sBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
\n
• .12+ years of professional software engineering experience
\n
• .Strong expertise building enterprise applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React or Next.js
\n
• .Backend development experience with technologies such as C#, Node.js, Java, or similar object-oriented languages
\n
• .Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, RESTful APIs, and scalable application architecture
\n
• .Experience working with public cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
\n
• .Hands-on experience developing or integrating Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI orchestration frameworks, or autonomous AI workflows
\n
• .Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
\n
• .Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and modern software delivery methodologies
\n
• .Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams
\n

• eMulti-agent AI architectures and orchestration frameworks

• .Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations
