We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments, including verifying packing lists, bills of lading, and purchase orders.* Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.* Process shipping, receiving, and transfer documents in warehouse management systems.* Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.* Prepare and file documentation for audits and compliance purposes.* Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve shipping or inventory issues.* Ensure all clerical duties related to the warehouse are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.### **Qualifications and Educational Requirements:*** High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in logistics or inventory management is a plus.* 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and warehouse/inventory systems (e.g., WMS or ERP software).* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.### About Us**We are Quirch Foods.
