Senior Manager RWE Biostats

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manager of Real-World Evidence Biostatistics to lead statistical design, analysis, and interpretation of RWE studies. The role involves cross-functional collaboration on protocol development, regulatory submissions, and clinical reporting while advancing technical expertise in RWE methodology.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on RWE study design, methodology selection, and data analysis strategies
- Author and review statistical analysis plans, protocols, study reports, and publications
- Perform and validate statistical analyses; advise on data visualization approaches
- Interpret and communicate analytical results to cross-functional teams and in regulatory documents
- Develop team members and contribute to GBDS mission execution
Requirements
- PhD or MS in statistics, biostatistics, or related field
- 2+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience with clinical trials or RWE
- Proficiency in SAS, R, or Python for statistical programming and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Experience with standard and advanced statistical methods preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical trial design preferred
Compensation: $164,110 - $198,862 base
