Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLPA license or certification, meeting state requirements
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans developed by Speech-Language Pathologists
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out speech and language therapy activities as directed by supervising SLP
• Support IEP goals through individualized and group interventions
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Assist in the preparation of therapy materials and reports
• Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress
