Associate Escrow Assistant (hybrid)

Position Overview We are looking to add an Associate Escrow Assistant to our team. In this role you will support the Escrow team in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, handling administrative and customer‑support duties. This is a hybrid position with in‑office duties on Wednesdays and Fridays at 1800 Nations Drive, Suite 221, Gurnee, IL, and remote on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Responsibilities Assist in escrow processes: opening orders, responding to lender and attorney requests, processing revisions/updates, and post‑closing tasks. Communicate regularly with customers: answer calls and respond to emails. Interpret various agreements related to escrow closings. Use a variety of technologies to support escrow transactions and ensure a positive customer experience. Qualifications Passion for helping customers with a professional and positive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal teams and external customers. Strong organizational skills, detail‑oriented, curious, and eager to learn. Ability to thrive in a team environment and exceed customer expectations. Proficiency with MS Office and quick adaptation to new software and technologies. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous escrow‑related experience preferred.
