Duties & Responsibilities

The Sales Rep is responsible for developing and growing new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts, including:

• Conducting outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, networking, and social media
• Building relationships with referral partners
• Attending local events and visiting partner offices to establish a strong market presence
• Managing the full sales process from lead generation through closing
• Creating relationship-building strategies through networking, events, and community engagement
• Maintaining consistent sales activity to support pipeline and revenue goals
• Demonstrating a driven, results-oriented approach to business development

Experience & Background

• Ability to obtain an insurance license prior to employment
• Experience in customer-facing or sales-focused environments preferred
• Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Stable work history with interest in long-term career growth
