Responsibilities

• Work in the field meeting local business owners and decision-makers
• Start conversations, uncover needs, and present our services
• Run quick in-person presentations and close deals
• Follow a proven sales process (we train you step-by-step)
• Build your pipeline and track progress in CRM
• Hit weekly targets and improve fast through coaching

Qualifications

• Sales: 1 year (Required)
• B2B: 1 year (Preferred)
• D2D: 1 year (Preferred)

Required Skills

• Confidence when talking to new people
• Coachable with a drive to improve every week
• Consistent effort and a strong work ethic
• Competitive, goal-driven, and able to perform under pressure
• Reliable transportation with the ability to be in the field daily

Preferred Skills

• Individuals ready to go all-in — to earn, grow fast, and separate themselves from the rest.

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation: 100% Commission (Uncapped)

Current Rep Earnings: Many reps are earning $1,300–$3,000 per week, based on performance
