This is a hybrid role in San Jose, CA or Remote in Denver, CO, reporting to the Collaboration Solutions Manager in the IT Digital Employee Experience department. In this position, you will support and assist in driving the visionary innovation of Zscaler over the next decade, shaping the future of our technology across collaboration applications and the emerging AI space. You will work closely with support and executive support teams while leading a team to deliver cutting-edge services into both enterprise and FedRAMP environments.What you’ll do (Role Expectations)Develop and articulate the strategic vision for Google Workspace and MS365, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices, while collaborating with our compliance team on FedRAMP complianceLead the design, implementation, and optimization of Google Workspace solutions, including email, collaboration tools, and security features, specifically CSE implementation across Gmail, Google Drive, and Google CalendarAutomate management tasks, such as creation, updates, and deletions for user and group objects within MS365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Lucid within our FedRAMP environmentsDevelop and drive the strategic vision for the AI-powered collaboration ecosystem, specifically managing the end-to-end lifecycle, roadmap, and operational readiness for both Gemini for Enterprise and Claude Co-Work platforms, ensuring they align with corporate innovation goals and security standardsLead the technical implementation and architectural integration of AI platforms with enterprise applications, deploying Google-managed Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and Agent Executor frameworks to ensure reliable, high-performance, and secure connectivity across the internal environmentWho You Are (Success Profile)You thrive in ambiguity and feel comfortable building the path as you walk it, viewing a dynamic environment as an opportunity to construct meaningful solutions.You are a dedicated learner with a growth mindset who actively seeks feedback to continuously develop yourself as a stronger partner and teammate.You operate with a deep sense of urgency, combining speed and quality to deliver high-impact results with a strong bias for action.You are data-driven and rely on analytics to uncover facts, measure critical metrics, and substitute assumptions with evidence to achieve optimal outcomes.You lead with integrity by always doing the right thing, maintaining high accountability, and building strong trust through transparent and consistent actions.What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solvingExperience driving AI adoption strategies that balance operational autonomy with centralized security control, including defining tiered publication policies for enterprise agents and overseeing the lifecycle governance of AI assets5+ years of experience within Google Workspace and MS365 admin consoles with scripting experienceProven track record in agentic development, including the ability to configure custom data connectors, manage API integrations, and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as Google’s ADK tools within a secure environmentDemonstrated experience managing identity and access governance (IAM) within high-impact FedRAMP-authorized environments, including scripting for automated user provisioning/deprovisioning and maintaining strict role-based access control (RBAC) and Jump host security protocolsProven ability to support continuous monitoring (ConMon) and audit readiness cycles, including gathering technical evidence or additional requirements to maintain FedRAMP complianceWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Knowledge of FedRAMP standards including IL2/4/5/6, along with experience collaborating with compliance teams and implementing vendor-recommended configurations across respective environmentsExperience automating user and group onboarding/offboarding, deploying Client Side Encryption (CSE) in Google Workspace, and managing data retention strategiesStrong understanding of multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as Google’s ADK tools and establishing MCP connectionsZscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
