We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our team and handle all aspects of personal injury litigation. ** Position Overview ** We are looking for a skilled litigation attorney with at least 3 years of experience in personal injury law. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing a full caseload from filing through trial. You must have strong knowledge of California court rules, procedures, and deadlines, along with hands-on litigation experience including motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. ** Key Responsibilities ** Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through resolution. Handle all phases of litigation , including law and motion, written discovery, and court appearances. Conduct and defend lay and expert depositions . Draft and argue motions, oppositions, and other court filings. Develop case strategies and oversee trial preparation. Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel. ** Qualifications ** Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the California State Bar. ** Minimum 5 years of personal injury litigation experience **. Strong understanding of court deadlines, rules, and procedures . Proven experience with depositions, law and motion practice, and trial preparation. Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills.
