Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire position in Greensboro, NC. Utilizing your expertise as a PharmD in a dynamic acute care/home infusion environment, this opportunity allows for professional growth and active collaboration. This onsite role involves both direct patient care and compounding pharmacy responsibilities.

- Advise patients about medicines, including usage and potential reactions
- Provide consultation on storage, dosage, side effects, and drug interactions
- Offer patient services like smoking cessation and cholesterol management
- Educate patients on medical device handling, e.g., blood pressure monitors
- Compound medications for external or internal use
- Prepare sterile solutions following proper procedures
- Supervise pharmacy staff, including technicians and clerks
- Maintain appropriate inventory of pharmaceutical and medical supplies
- Identify and communicate patient drug-related problems with healthcare teams
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
- Licensed by the state pharmacy board in NC
- Experience in compounding is a must
- Acute care/home infusion experience is a huge plus
