Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Level III) to join our team within Health Benefits Solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in frontline customer support, account authentication, and benefits administration tools and a proven ability to resolve client inquiries accurately, manage risk through policy adherence, and deliver high-quality service. Responsibilities: Provide clear, complete, and accurate responses to client and partner inquiries at point of call. Deliver quality service through effective and efficient operational support for internal and external customers. Manage risk by accurately authenticating clients, adhering to policies and procedures, and escalating potential risks. Navigate multiple applications and tools to research and resolve client account issues and understand applicable policies. Guide consumers through HSA-related needs including claims, debit card orders, password resets, card suspensions, and statement access. Display commitment to improving customers' financial lives through consistent, courteous service. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in navigating CRM and financial services support tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience supporting consumer financial or benefits products preferred; HSA exposure is a plus. Preferred Skills: Background in health benefits administration or banking operations. Experience working in contact center environments with quality and compliance metrics. Work Environment & Expectations: Onsite role in Chandler, AZ. Must be able to work in a virtual setting onsite during training. Professional business casual dress code. Required for interviews and on the job. Cell phone usage limited to designated locations and approved times per manager guidance. Attendance and punctuality required. Use proper call-out procedures, notify supervisor and vendor, and attend daily training and work. Punctuality allowance of up to 16 hours within first 90 days. Time off during training is not recommended. Do not bring personal items such as blankets. Schedule: Training: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST. Post-training schedule will follow the shift selected at offer time. Shifts are listed in EST. Hours per day: 8. Labor type: Admin/Clerical.
