Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative

*Job Description*

* Speaking to Medicare/Medicaid eligibility recipients about their healthcare coverages, options, and eligibility.
* Assisting consumers with account creation and account management and resetting passwords.
* Must be comfortable with rapidly changing environments and being available to work on special projects as needed.
* Uploading documents while answering calls from consumers.
* Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries
* Updating billing and payment preferences.
*Qualifications & Skills*

* *3+ years of Customer Service and/or Call Center experience *
* *2+ years of Remote/WFH Experience *
* *Any experience assisting customers over the phone via Inbound or Outbound Calls*
* *Must be fluent in English and Spanish*
* Must be able to troubleshoot issues they face with equipment while working from home (Internet Familiarization Assessment required)
*Schedule Requirements:*

* Available for full schedule range Monday through Saturday* (*7:45AM to 8:15PM EST*)
* Saturdays shifts only available during open enrollment (OEP)
* *Schedules may change to accommodate OEP, must be flexible!

This is a Contract position based out of Houston, TX.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
