What You'll Do

• Provide expert care to critically ill neonates, including preemies & infants requiring surgery or cardiac interventions
• Administer medications via Pyxis system, including IV vasopressors and surfactants
• Monitor and manage respiratory support, ventilator settings (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP)
• Perform and assist with procedures such as arterial line placement, central line care, and neonatal abstinence syndrome care
• Document patient care in EPIC electronic health records accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with medical teams and families using SBAR methods
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BLS and NRP certifications
• Experience in Level III/IV NICU settings
• Proficiency in cardiovascular rhythm interpretation and gastrointestinal management
• Knowledge of infection control and IV therapy, including umbilical line care

• Prior experience at Nationwide Children's Hospital or similar facilities
