We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and can help create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position who can grow with our daycare and become a dependable part of our team.ScheduleMonday–Friday10:00 AM–6:00 PMQualificationsMust be reliable, punctual, and dependablemust know English Must be fluent in both English and SpanishMust enjoy working with children and be patient, caring, and attentivePrevious childcare or daycare experience is preferredCPR & First Aid certification is preferredNot currently certified? We can provide the required training at no cost to you.Completion of OCFS-required/ECETP childcare training is a plusDon’t have the required training yet? We can help you complete the necessary training at no cost to youMust be willing to complete all required background checks and employment requirementsMust be looking for consistent, long-term employmentResponsibilitiesLead learning time, circle time, and playtime with the children, including age-appropriate educational and interactive activitiesSupervise and actively engage with children throughout the dayHelp with meals, nap time, bathroom routines, and daily transitionsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe classroomComplete very light paperwork and basic daily classroom documentation as neededCommunicate respectfully and professionally with children, parents, and other staffHelp create a positive, loving, and welcoming environment for our childrenWork together with other teachers and staff to keep the children’s daily routine running smoothlyWhat We’re Looking ForWe would love someone who is dependable, energetic, patient, caring, and comfortable taking initiative with children.
