Registered Nurse - Med Surg Tele travel assignment in Saratoga Springs, NY. Start date 09/22/2026 for 16 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,309-$2,365 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients according to care plans
- Monitor patient status, perform focused assessments, administer medications, and manage IV therapy as prescribed
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EPIC electronic health record with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, communicate changes in patient condition, and participate in discharge planning
- Respond to changes in patient condition, including emergencies, with appropriate interventions
- Float to other units as needed and participate in unit-based charge duties and ongoing training

Requirements
- Active New York RN license
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- NIHSS certification
- 1 year of recent experience in acute Med-Surg/Tele (2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates)
- EPIC charting experience
- Ability to work nights and participate in a 3x12-hour shift schedule with night/day rotation
- Willingness to float to other units and adhere to facility scheduling needs
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
