Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Adapt to menu changes and special dietary requests as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
