Sanctuary Personnel Limited is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to work in the Community Adults Team in Crewe. The role involves home visits, planning and coordinating equipment and adaptations to enable safe discharges from hospital, and supporting adults with illnesses and disabilities in the community. You will have HCPC registration, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills.
