Coronal Polisher / Registered Dental AssistantSerenity Smiles Dental Care is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Coronal Polisher / Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Murfreesboro! At Serenity Smiles Dental Care, we are passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality dental care in a calm and welcoming environment. We proudly serve patients of all backgrounds, including those with dental anxiety, Medicaid, and Medicare patients.Responsibilities:Perform coronal polishing under the supervision of the dentist.Assist with patient care and chairside procedures.Take digital radiographs.Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories.Help create a positive, comfortable patient experience.Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.Assist with scheduling flow and maintaining clinical efficiency.Qualifications:Active Tennessee RDA license required.Coronal polishing certification required.Minimum 6 months dental assisting experience required.X-ray certification preferred.Strong communication and patient rapport skills.Team-oriented with a positive attitude.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Experience with Open Dental is a plus.What We Offer:Supportive and uplifting team environment.Opportunity for growth and continued learning.Patient-centered practice culture.Competitive pay based on experience.If you are passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles, we would love to hear from you!
