The team focuses on providing the most outstanding patient care. Role Description The Dental Assistant is a full-time, on-site role located in Murfreesboro, TN. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting the dentist chairside during procedures, and ensuring patients are comfortable before, during, and after appointments. The role involves taking and processing dental radiographs, maintaining accurate patient records, and organizing instruments and supplies. The Dental Assistant is also responsible for equipment sterilization, infection control procedures, and supporting the front office with scheduling and patient flow as needed. This position requires consistent communication with patients and the clinical team to support efficient, high-quality dental care. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care to support patient treatments and preventive services. Candidates should possess skills in Sterilization and infection control to maintain a safe, clean clinical environment. Candidates should possess skills in Dental Assisting, including chairside support, instrument handling, and treatment room preparation. Relevant qualifications include completion of an accredited dental assisting program and current dental assisting certification or licensure as required by Tennessee regulations. Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with dental radiography, familiarity with dental practice management software, strong interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
