By working together as one team, we provide compassionate, high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of every child and family.ResponsibilitiesMust be able to work in a pediatric, child-friendly environmentReview all hygiene patient charts including; reason and necessity of visit, medical history, and x-ray requirementVerify patient information with parent or guardian, according to HIPAA privacy standardsVerify the patient has consent for treatment from parent or guardianAdvise parent or guardian what to expect in the visit and address any concernsCharting all existing/missing teeth, existing restorations, and/or dental proceduresObtaining all x-rays necessary in the best quality possibleMaintaining accurate clinical notes of each visitClean and sterilize all instruments following OSHA and company standards. This includes; scrubbing instruments, packing the instruments and processing them through the statim or autoclave sterilizerMust maintain Dental Assisting License in good standing and complete the CE Credits required by stateQualificationsCurrent State of TN RDA LicenseRadiology Certification1 year of previous chairside experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentCurrent CPR Healthcare Provider CertificationPay Rate: Starting at $19/hourLocation: Murfreesboro, TNSchedule: Monday - Thursday 7:45am - 5:00pm
