PROJECT MANAGER

Job Requirement Owns and manages mid-complexity, multichannel project deliverables from concept to deployment under the guidance of the Senior Brand Project Manager, providing direction and vision as needed. Follows and enforces internal procedures and IPGH internal tools (WorkFront, Egnyte, and Teams) for project management. Speaks to pertinent information during internal status meetings to provide updates or changes in project plans. Follows up on documentation from internal meetings to ensure project progress, next steps, and deliverables are met, thereby maintaining project timelines. Acts as point-of-contact for project-related routing; accountable for quality control, preparing projects, accuracy, and timely execution. Manages 3rd party vendors and client digital team relationships, collaborates on timelines, and identifies challenges and risks to stay on schedule. Ensures the distribution of job numbers, enters project estimates, and runs and circulates various reports, including financial and timesheet reports. Proactively escalates and suggests solutions to project-related issues to management. Supports Senior Project Managers, Supervisors, and Associate Directors in developing the scope of work and meeting requirements. Participates in reviewing financial output reports, incoming briefs, and timelines and estimates. Participates in discussions related to process optimization and improvement. Can be client-facing as a content matter expert around timing and estimates to answer project questions that may arise.
