About the role Overview This role is exclusively for a dedicated processor, with Broker/Loan Officers required to submit at least 10 files monthly. PIPELINE READY . A Dedicated Mortgage Processor is assigned to work directly with a specific mortgage company or a book of business they personally bring in. In this role, processors handle all loan files coming from the partnered mortgage company (or their own referral network) through our platform. This position is ideal for experienced mortgage processors who already work in-house for a Mortgage Company or who have their own established pipeline. Dedicated Processors act as the main point of contact for their assigned team, managing each loan from submission through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely communication. This structure provides stability, a consistent workflow, and the ability to focus on one team’s process and preferences rather than rotating between multiple clients. What you'll do Loan File Management High Level Communication Skills Loan Submission & Pipeline Oversight Condition & Documentation Coordination Program & Guideline Expertise Compliance & Quality Control Qualifications Proven experience in loan processing within a wholesale or mortgage broker environment. Strong understanding of compliance regulations, underwriting processes, escrow procedures, and audit processes. Proficiency in basic math skills to analyze financial documents accurately. Familiarity with FNMA guidelines and mortgage servicing practices is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in documentation and communication. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members professionally. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
