How you'll make an impact in this role

• Serve as the technical expert and primary coordinator for surgical patient care and daily shift activities.
• Oversee staff scheduling, resource allocation, and daily task assignments to ensure peak efficiency.
• Lead the orientation and training of new associates, providing critical input for performance reviews and career growth.
• Monitor and report on adherence to healthcare policies, safety procedures, and clinical excellence standards.
• Manage the procurement and maintenance of surgical supplies, instruments, and equipment.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
  transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
  hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• 1 year of leadership experience
• 2 years of OR experience
