Responsibilities HealthLinkNow, part of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), is looking for a patient-focused experienced licensed Telehealth Therapist LCSW/LMFT/LPCC to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for innovative clinicians who are committed to providing exceptional patient care from the convenience of your own home. The Clinician will be providing virtual group therapy to an Intensive Outpatient Program. We currently are looking for therapists to provide remote Telehealth Group Therapy to an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program. Adult IOP remote group therapy Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; 5 pm to 9:30 pm Pacific time. Each group day includes 30 minutes of prep time, three 50-minute groups consecutively with a 10-minute break between groups and 30 minutes of documentation time. The clinician needs to be prepared to commit to 16 to 18 hours per week to complete all necessary activities. This includes attendance of a weekly treatment team meeting for 60 min. This is an Adult Intensive Outpatient Program designed to deal with a variety of mental health issues including substance use and may have clients joining the group and leaving the group over time. Collaborate with Facility Treatment Team to provide continuity of Care. Embrace innovative telemedicine approaches for patient care. Document patient interactions and maintain electronic health records. Collaborate with a supportive team of clinical navigators for scheduling and billing support. Technology Requirements Must use personal laptop/computer that can run Zoom and other applications required for Telehealth remote work. Internet connection - broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE) Speakers and a microphone – built-in, USB plug-in, or wireless Bluetooth A webcam or HD webcam – built-in, USB plug-in or an HD cam or HD camcorder with a video-capture card OR virtual camera software for use with broadcasting software like OBS or IP cameras.
