Construction Project Estimator

We are looking for an Estimator to support the digital transformation of our Engineering & Construction estimating organization. The focus is on improving how our teams work through technology, data, automation, and AI. Key responsibilities Partner with estimators to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities. Translate business needs into requirements for the development team. Help design, test, and roll out new digital solutions. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate work, and centralize data. Required skills Strong business, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working between business and technical teams. Strong communication skills and interest in technology, data, and AI. Nice-to-have / preferred skills Experience in estimating, engineering, construction, technology, or product management.
