KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct speech and language therapy sessions within a supportive team setting. Family‑centered model to provide coaching and training to parents & caregivers. Document progress effectively, ensuring efficient and impactful care. Collaborate on projects with peers and the community that push the boundaries of pediatric therapy innovation. KEY CRITERIA A passion and enthusiasm for the field of Speech‑Language Pathology, with a special focus on pediatrics, marked by specialized coursework and/or certifications. A character of warmth, honesty, confidence, conscientiousness, work ethic, and creativity in crafting materials and activities to innovatively support treatment plans and team activities. Interpersonal skills that allow for effective communication across all levels and hierarchies within an organization. Experience in pediatrics and early child development. LICENSE/COMPLETION Speech‑Language Pathology License (Required). CCC’s (Required) (CF/RPE consideration).
