River Run Apartments, Warren Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, 30-minute unpaid lunch We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to help keep River Run Apartments in top-notch shape. Your role involves repairs, upgrades, and maintaining a welcoming environment inside and outside our property. Essential Job Functions:

River Run Apartments, Warren Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, 30-minute unpaid lunch We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to help keep River Run Apartments in top-notch shape. Your role involves repairs, upgrades, and maintaining a welcoming environment inside and outside our property. Essential Job Functions:
- Complete repairs and maintenance tasks on time and as required.
- Help maintain the property's appearance and amenities.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents.
- Perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, and painting.
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience.Pay rate offered depends on experience.
- Knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to use during workday.
- Must have own hand tools.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. We test for marijuana.
- 20 days of PTO per year (pro-rated in first year)
- 7 paid holidays
- on-call pay including travel pay
- medical, dental, vision, life, STD
- renewal commission
Compensation details: 18-22 Hourly Wage
