We strive to provide them with opportunities to grow in a motivating environment.Job DescriptionThe 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician position works under limited supervision to conduct major repairs to production and support equipment, HVAC equipment, boiler systems, fire protection systems and building management systems. In addition, has first level knowledge of building electrical and water infrastructure.Compensation: Non-exempt, competitive hourly pay based on experience. Shift Differential, OT, and Performance Bonus eligible.Travel: NoneLocation: Newbury, OH 2nd ShiftKey ResponsibilitiesSafely and competently performs troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections on a variety of manufacturing equipment, in both inside and outdoor applications in a continuous operational environment.Analyzes and interprets one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, sketches and drawings to select a logical approach to troubleshooting, tracing and testing circuits to determine repair or replacement of electrical components.Inspect, repair, install and wire all electrical devices and circuits, up to and including 480VAC.Maintains heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems through the diagnosis, repair and replacement of fan motors, burners and thermostats.Maintains water quality by conducting routine checks and performs water analysis as required of all water sources.In coordination with outside contractors, monitors the wastewater operations and troubleshoots issues to ensure efficiency of operations.Performs electrical troubleshooting and modifies existing electrical circuits as required.
