Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding school-based contract as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required) working full-time during the 2026 school year, ending at Thanksgiving break. In this onsite-only role near Trafalgar, IN, you'll focus exclusively on the resource caseload, allowing you to provide targeted support for students’ communication needs and ensure effective progress toward IEP goals. You'll collaborate closely with dedicated professionals who manage self-contained caseloads, ensuring streamlined, student-centered care.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; CFs and SLPAs not eligible
• Previous experience working with school-aged children and managing IEPs is highly valued
• Strong ability to consult and collaborate with school teams and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring to students assigned to the resource caseload
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs with measurable communication goals in partnership with educational teams
• Serve as an expert resource for communication strategies, supporting staff and families with practical solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings as needed to advocate for students’ needs
