FIRST YEAR POTENTIAL EARNINGS $80K Overview As an Orkin Home Sales Inspector, you will assess termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to homeowners. You will perform 360 inspections, solve problems, build trusted relationships, and help families protect their most valuable asset. Responsibilities Earn top wages, recognition, and opportunities for annual awards trips. Act as a problem solver, using in‑depth training to decide on the best pest solution for each customer. Generate new business through prospecting and assigned leads backed by a robust advertising budget. Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services. Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home. Make recommendations to customers, addressing questions, explaining the process and setting expectations. Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company‑provided iPad. Valid driver’s license (required). Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid). Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers. Physical Job Requirements Use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.; climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
