Senior Growth Marketing Manager - Multichannel Scale
BATHHOUSE
Bathhouse is seeking a Growth Marketing Senior Manager to own performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and CTV. You’ll manage budgets, campaigns, and testing across multiple markets as Bathhouse scales, starting with established NYC locations and expanding to new cities. You will lead end-to-end paid efforts, set CAC targets, partnerships with creators, and build AI-driven workflows and reporting.
